I thought it might be nice to show you the steps taken
Make a whole bunch of cakes!!! This is three orange cakes and two chocolate. Fill and ice your cakes, I used orange buttercream frosting for the bottom three cakes and chocolate buttercream frosting for the top two. Make sure you've got a cardboard the same size as the cake on the bottom of each tier so you can pick up and transfer.
I piped on the garland in class and tried using a garland marker for the first time, it turned out to be a big giant mistake! I pressed to hard and got holes all around my top tier! Place your fondant creations on top and glue in place with royal icing. Place top tier on top of bottom tier (remember your dowels if you're travelling with the cake!)

I never actually tried any of this cake but I'm told Hubby's work mates ate it a bit TOO quickly and my bosses children and requesting cakes non stop now! (bottom tier went to Hubby's work and top to mine)
Hope you enjoyed my quick tutorial! <3>
